What to Expect During Your First Visit
At your first appointment with Lindgren Dental, our team will perform a comprehensive dental exam and take X-rays. We’ll also review your medical and dental history, address any immediate concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan to support your oral health goals.

Please bring this information to your first visit:
- Completed new patient forms
- X-rays from your previous dentist (or ask them to send them to us)
- A valid ID
- A list of any medications you take
- A summary of health concerns, conditions, and past surgeries
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
